What's the refund policy?
Refund requests for conference passes will be accepted until August 16, 2019. Cancellations after this date are non-refundable, but passes can still be transferred to other attendees, or to the 2020 conference on a case-by-case basis. Email conference@clio.com with your request.
Please note that Eventbrite fees and refunds are subject to the Eventbrite Terms of Service Agreement found here.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Absolutely! Email conference@clio.com and we'd be happy to update the attendee information.
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
The conference is open to those aged 18 and older. Evening events are restricted to those aged 21 and older due to liquor service restrictions.
